MANAGEMENT STRATEGY  
 
Our Philosophy
1. As a fabless company engaged primarily in the development and sales of LSI products that have been developed against a background of the state-of-the-art technology and of various products with said LSI products at their core, the Group shall conduct the following:
  (1) Enhance technical expertise and conduct innovative development;
  (2) Create proprietary technologies and conduct product development that contributes to society; and
  (3) Keep in mind the improvement of operational efficiency and conduct business activities that organically link individual capabilities
2. The Group shall build a governance system that gives consideration to all stakeholders, including the shareholders, customers, employees and business partners
3. The Group shall comply with laws and regulations, the Articles of Incorporation, and rules, and conduct timely and appropriate disclosures
4. The Group shall recognize the importance of information management and build an appropriate system for the management of information
5. The Group shall carry on the liberal climate that has characterized it since its founding and expand the Group’s businesses utilizing its free-spirited thinking as well as conduct social contribution in line with the Group’s businesses
6. The Group shall deal with anti-social forces in a resolute attitude and shall never share profits with them
Basic Strategy
As an R&D fabless semiconductor manufacturer, Axell focuses its management resources on research and development operations for LSI and compression/decompression technologies related to graphics and sound. The purpose of our R&D operations is to develop advanced and highly practical technologies such as LSIs that enable high-resolution graphics and clear sound, and powerful compression/decompression technologies for various types of data including graphics and sound.
Through the above, we develop and sell value-added products, with the aim to maintain a stable and profitable structure. By allocating the management resources created through this process to R&D operations, we ensure the perpetuation of the development cycle of unique products. To repeat this cycle, we recruit exceptional personnel and expand our business operations as our basic strategy.
